TEEN BREATHE ISSUE 51

In this issue:Magic of HALT • Magnificent moths • Stress – is it catching? • Photo opportunity • A book at bedtime • It’s all a blah… • Mood boosters • Up for a fright

What’s on your autumn could-do list? As days darken and the air crispens, conker-strewn grass and apricot skies herald a magical time when curling up on the sofa with a fluffy blanket and pair of headphones is encouraged and expected. But that’s just one of the great joys of this time of year.

Maybe you’re eager to get outside on misty mornings, to tramp crunchy orange trails through woods and fields, or capture the beauty of swirling pink clouds and flittering moths on your camera. Or perhaps you’d prefer to spend drizzly days getting crafty in the kitchen, whipping up creative concoctions and awesome bakes? A brave few might be excited for evenings spent snuggled on the sofa peeking through fingers at scary-movie jump scares, while the rest of us are simply looking forwards to long scarves and long socks, lighting candles, spiced sweet things and a good book at bedtime.

All of these ideas and more are here in this issue. As October slips into November and autumn really takes hold, try some out, make up a few of your own or just pull up that fluffy blanket, read and enjoy.
